As a Business Development Account Manager for the Health Care Mid-West Region, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing customer relationships within the Medical Device market across the USA. This remote position requires you to actively identify new opportunities with both current and prospective customers by promoting and selling DuPont Healthcare solutions, which are essential for profitable business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales and business development goals that align with our strategic objectives and marketing plans for Liveo. You will develop and nurture relationships with customers, prospects, key influencers, and decision-makers throughout the value chain. Your expertise will be vital in managing large multinational accounts as well as emerging players, where you will create account plans in collaboration with a cross-functional team to ensure long-term value creation and growth. You will also be tasked with managing a pipeline of business opportunities that align with our strategy to deliver growth in target segments. Identifying and developing solutions to address customer challenges will be key to generating new business opportunities and driving profitable revenue growth, all of which will be documented in Salesforce. Your ability to negotiate effectively on pricing, supply agreements, credit, and confidentiality agreements will be essential in this role. As a leader in sales excellence, you will inspire others and demonstrate a proactive approach to understanding and analyzing customer needs, industry trends, and business dynamics. Sharing valuable business, competitive, and industry intelligence with your DuPont counterparts in marketing, research and development, technical service, customer service, and leadership will promote increased revenue and value for the company. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing monthly sales forecasts and leveraging the full capabilities of DuPont to explore cross-industry or product opportunities.
