About the position

The Business Development Account Manager (Inside Sales) at Boxout is responsible for initiating and managing relationships with business owners and health professionals in the healthcare and medical industry. This role focuses on outbound sales, account management, and developing a pipeline of opportunities to drive growth and success in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound sales calls to build relationships with new customers
  • Manage and qualify underpenetrated accounts and develop consultative relationships with transactional customers
  • Protect and cultivate relationships with key customers
  • Manage a portfolio of business from prospecting all the way through closing the business
  • Develop a pipeline of mid/large regional opportunities
  • Sell value-added services to business owners and medical professionals
