In this role, the Business Development & Account Manager will manage and grow established customer relationships while also developing new sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B account management and business development, with at least three years of relevant experience. They will be responsible for executing sales activities that align with the company's targeted growth objectives, which includes negotiating deals, providing personalized service, and maintaining proactive communication in a high-activity environment. The position requires a passion for continuous improvement and a sense of urgency in closing deals and delivering results. The candidate will utilize their organizational skills and attention to detail to optimize the CRM system and other technologies, ensuring that all sales activities are tracked and managed effectively. Additionally, the role involves conducting product and data analysis to make accurate valuation classifications, deal proposals, and customer payment reconciliations. Responsibilities
