Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while representing the dealership.
  • Work a 5-day work week, including Saturdays and some Sundays.

Requirements

  • Prior Automotive BDC experience is a plus.
  • High volume outbound call experience is a must.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism.
