The Business Development Agent at Findlay Honda is responsible for executing the digital lead generation system to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. This role focuses on managing internet business development leads, generating appointments, and assisting customers in selecting the right vehicles. The position emphasizes a commitment to customer service and aims to meet the demands of today's automotive consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with internet business development lead management
  • Utilize CRM daily and log incoming traffic
  • Generate appointments and quotes through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, acting as a product expert
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including online resources

Requirements

  • Comfortable texting and emailing with customers daily
  • Entering leads into our CRM daily
  • Answering customer calls daily
  • Superior communication skills, both oral and written
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure
