About the position

The Business Development Analyst II at Resideo is responsible for driving sales growth for the Hanwha product line within North America. This role involves developing vendor and technology strategies, supporting sales teams, and utilizing data analytics to target customer bases. The analyst will act as a liaison between ADI and Hanwha Vision, focusing on market development and executing strategic initiatives to enhance sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive an increase in sales on Hanwha product line and applications, measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
  • Act as the sales contact and inside specialist for Hanwha products.
  • Support the strategic growth of Hanwha's business.
  • Execute and communicate the Hanwha STEP partner program.
  • Target customer bases not reached by Hanwha sales organization using data analytics tools.
  • Provide support for Hanwha sales teams.
  • Focus on incremental growth in key markets, regions, and product categories.
  • Support Hanwha at trade shows and customer events as needed.
  • Communicate and support registration programs.
  • Utilize end user data for targeted focus on enablement and demand generation.
  • Use reporting to drive efforts including refresh, slippage attack, and loyalty.
  • Assist in selling complex solutions with extensive product knowledge.
  • Identify and execute lead opportunities, measured by Key Performance Indicators.
  • Liaison to support Marketing, Inventory, Purchasing, Claims, and Account Payable activities.
  • Assist with vendor setup, parts, pricing, and promotions as needed.
  • Develop and manage the annual business plan.
  • Collaborate with the Category Management Team on programs, campaigns, and sales incentives.
  • Work directly with Hanwha to identify 'Demand Attack' areas.
  • Maintain direct communication with Hanwha field sales teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales and Customer Service.
  • 2+ years of Account Management experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Outbound calling experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.

  • Wholesale distribution background preferred.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
