Responsibilities

  • Delivering financial targets by driving account and new business revenue.
  • Identifying and closing new business opportunities through consultative support.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Siemens Energy's portfolio and market landscape.
  • Coordinating with business units to provide cross-functional value propositions.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies and keeping account business plans updated.
  • Owning the sales process and influencing decision-makers internally and externally.
  • Leading contract management negotiations for favorable agreements.
  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Engaging with potential partners for decarbonization projects.
  • Promoting a safety culture within the client's organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or business administration.
  • 8+ years of business sales/business development/account management experience with industrial application customers.
  • Experience with rotating equipment products, services, and solutions.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong executive relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 50% domestically and occasionally internationally.
  • Experience in closing new unit projects or service long-term programs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with large transmission projects.
  • Strong understanding of Siemens Energy's various products and services portfolio.
