About the position

Encore Support Services is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position is crucial in supporting our mission of delivering exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral partners, including healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations. You will actively participate in community events, health fairs, and other networking opportunities to promote our services and engage with potential clients and providers. Your efforts will directly contribute to our goal of providing individualized and compassionate ABA therapy tailored to each child's unique cultural needs. In this role, you will leverage your professional network to identify and engage potential referral partners and clients. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that highlight the benefits of our services and our commitment to the community. Tracking and reporting on business development and marketing activities will be essential, as you will provide insights and recommendations to improve outreach efforts. This position requires some travel to attend events and meet with partners, making it a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys community engagement and networking. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations.
  • Actively participate in and represent Encore ABA at community events, health fairs, and other networking opportunities.
  • Leverage your professional network to identify and engage potential referral partners and clients.
  • Strategically attract and secure new clients through targeted marketing and outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that highlight the benefits of our services and our commitment to the community.
  • Track and report on business development and marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and a passion for community engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ABA therapy or healthcare services is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales (1 year preferred).
  • Willingness to travel (25% preferred).
