Responsibilities

• Lead and manage crew members, ensuring efficient scheduling and task delegation.
• Conduct daily morning meetings with crews to clarify tasks and ensure readiness.
• Oversee job scheduling for timely service delivery and optimal crew deployment.
• Ensure job quality meets company standards and proactively address issues.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide service estimates.
• Prepare and present accurate bids for various cleaning and installation projects.
• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure readiness for each job.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and office space.
• Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with safety protocols.
• Mentor and train crew members to foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure all job completions align with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a management role.
• Knowledge of window cleaning, pressure washing, house and roof washing, and holiday light installation preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and clear communication abilities.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams.
• Proactive and responsible approach to job duties.
