  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the property management industry and its challenges preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Property Management software and sales tools.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
