The Business Development Associate role is an entry-level position focused on identifying and acquiring new clients for a rapidly growing firm in the eDiscovery and Legal Support Services sector. Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through various outreach methods including phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Develop and design marketing materials to support business development efforts.
- Collaborate with existing Business Development team members on projects and presentations.
- Represent the firm's branding accurately and effectively in all communications.
- Manage multiple clients, projects, or activities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
- Experience with B2B sales and client communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook.
- Working knowledge of the eDiscovery industry and legal support technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience giving product demonstrations or developing scripted materials.
- Knowledge of legal technology and terminology.
- Experience creating branded collateral such as emails, white papers, and social media content.
