The Sales Customer Care Representative at Honda World is responsible for managing customer inquiries through both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This entry-level position offers training and the potential for unlimited earnings through hourly pay plus commission. The role requires effective communication skills and a positive attitude, with a focus on teamwork and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Rapid response to customer inquiries via internet and phone.
  • Project a friendly, helpful demeanor while communicating with guests.
  • Work in coordination with the BDC staff in a team-oriented setting to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Process both inbound and outbound phone calls to distribute information effectively.
  • Partner with BDC management/Sales Management as required to meet customer expectations.

Requirements
