About the position

The Business Development Center Representative at Grappone Automotive Group serves as the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries and scheduling appointments to enhance the customer experience. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining communication between sales and service teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming leads via phone, email, and website inquiries
  • Schedule appointments for our sales teams
  • Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with sales and service teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in a BDC or call center environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Must pass background, reference, and drug tests
