Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle, handling inquiries through both our website and inbound phone calls.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls and emails to engage with potential customers, emphasizing the importance of maintaining strong connections and addressing their needs.
  • Facilitate the scheduling of appointments with our sales managers, ensuring customers receive personalized attention and enhancing their purchasing experience.
  • Provide detailed information on vehicle features and specifications, using strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Consistently meet quality assurance standards and key performance metrics to uphold and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to Bowser's policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Exceptional listening skills, combined with the ability to think critically, ask insightful questions, and effectively address customer concerns.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and CRM software, with a proven ability to quickly learn new applications.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have a self-motivated work ethic with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with customers both over the phone and online.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
