About the position

The Business Development Consultant at Caterpillar, Inc. is responsible for driving continuous sales growth through strategic partner engagement within the Energy & Transportation segment. This role involves collaborating with Caterpillar sales teams to achieve business goals and effectively resolve client issues, while fostering strong internal relationships and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Responsibilities

  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Negotiation skills to achieve win-win outcomes in business relationships.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day activities and provide support to existing clients.
  • Extensive experience in value selling principles and practices.
