As the Business Development Coordinator at HoneyCar RVA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers experience the Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Their Car. This position requires a technically savvy individual who can effectively communicate with customers through various digital platforms, including internet/email, mobile devices, and tablets. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate appointments for potential customers, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information about our services and products. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering their calls and establishing follow-ups with sales appointments. In this role, you will respond quickly to inquiries received via internet, phone, and live chat, utilizing email, scripts, and templates to provide customers with initial product information. You will also direct them to the appropriate dealership resources and present initial financing options based on their needs. Following up with leads who are not ready to make an appointment or who may have missed their scheduled time will be essential to maintaining a strong relationship with our customers. Additionally, you will participate in team and process development sessions, fostering positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management. Utilizing a CRM tracking system daily will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and followed up appropriately.
