About the position

The Business Development Director/Healthcare Marketer is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local hospitals and physicians to facilitate patient referrals for a skilled nursing facility. This full-time position involves traveling to various healthcare locations within the market area and ensuring that the needs of residents and their families are met.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with local hospitals and doctors for patient referrals.
• Travel to local acute care hospitals, physician offices, and other locations within the market area.
• Maintain relationships with residents, their families, and personnel to ensure that residents' needs are being met.

Requirements

• Three or more years of prior marketing experience within Skilled Nursing, Hospital, and/or Home Health/Hospice preferred.
• 1 year of healthcare marketing experience required.
• 1 year of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in healthcare marketing is preferred.
