  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving market demands to position Nucleus Healthcare as a trusted partner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a sales or business development role within the healthcare industry.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry, compliance, and regulations, with a strong network of senior healthcare leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in the healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with healthcare executives.
  • Proficient in healthcare CRM tools and data analytics to track and enhance performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to develop and maintain client relationships.
