About the position

The Business Development Executive at Epiq Systems, Inc. is a senior-level sales role focused on generating new business within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. This position targets various verticals, including Legal, Banking, Insurance, and Corporate, and is responsible for achieving assigned annual revenue targets through strategic sales activities and account management. The role requires a proactive approach to prospecting and leveraging existing relationships to drive sales success.

Responsibilities

  • Generate assigned annual revenue targets through sales of Business Process Outsourcing Services.
  • Formulate and execute sales plans specific to coverage of assigned territory.
  • Conduct prospecting activities to identify prospective new clients.
  • Perform sales calls, customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to secure new and repeat business.
  • Manage accounts of assigned and newly-generated clients, ensuring documentation within Salesforce is up to date.
  • Maintain assigned accounts and achieve customer satisfaction ratings as measured by annual client satisfaction surveys.
  • Adhere to company policies and submit sales reports in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Ten plus years of experience in selling complex, consultative outsourced solutions.
  • Existing C-Level or Senior Management relationships that can be leveraged to drive new business.
  • History of managing large and medium-sized clients with deal sizes in the range of $500K-$2M ARR+.
  • Proven knowledge of the outsourcing BPO space, including key decision makers and industry trends.
  • Strong business acumen in document management and information governance.
  • Proven ability to gain entry to C Suite contacts and articulate a value/ROI-based sale.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing a sizable geographic territory and building a robust pipeline of high potential accounts.
  • Strong proposal writing and PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional attention to accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (CRM).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Information Systems, Finance, or related discipline.
