Responsibilities

• Participate in a 26-week immersive development curriculum.
• Work alongside Sales Directors and Market Consultants to understand territory operations.
• Learn the baking process and product safety from the operations team.
• Prepare for a future sales role within the company after program completion.

Requirements

• Must be a college graduate or a graduating senior pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Willingness to relocate after the 6-month training period if required.
• Ability to frequently lift/carry products weighing approximately 25 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs.
