About the position

Zermount Inc. is seeking a Business Development Graphic Designer/Content Creator to join their team. This role combines design expertise with a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts to create visually compelling graphics and multimedia content that educates diverse audiences on cybersecurity best practices. The position involves collaboration with cybersecurity experts and requires a blend of technical writing and graphic design skills to effectively communicate complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually engaging and informative graphics, illustrations, and infographics to convey complex cybersecurity concepts.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to translate technical information into compelling visual content.
• Design and produce multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive presentations.
• Create content that communicates cybersecurity expertise and maintains consistent branding.
• Coordinate and manage documentation needs for business development, including technical writing and graphics.
• Stay current with industry trends to incorporate cutting-edge design techniques into multimedia content.
• Contribute to the development of comprehensive cybersecurity content strategies, including blog posts and social media campaigns.
• Conceptualize and execute cybersecurity awareness campaigns with visually impactful materials.
• Design and format proposal documents and presentations to align with client requirements.
• Conduct research on industry trends and emerging cybersecurity threats to enhance content quality.
• Track and report on key performance indicators related to content engagement and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of direct support for the US Government in graphic design or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer/Content Creator, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity-related projects.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing proficiency in creating visually compelling graphics and multimedia content.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and multimedia editing software.
• Experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Ability to create engaging multimedia content, including videos and animations.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts visually.
• Meticulous attention to detail in design work and adherence to branding guidelines.
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for design.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and 3D design is a plus.
• A degree in Cybersecurity or a related discipline is a plus.
• Certifications such as Adobe Certified Professional or Google UX Design Professional Certificate.
