About the position

The Business Development - HCM Sales Rep is responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of the sales cycle within the Fort Worth, TX area. This role involves self-generating leads, qualifying prospects, identifying client needs, closing sales, and ensuring a smooth transition from proposal to onboarding. The position offers a competitive salary of $75,000 per year, along with a commission-based structure and various benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Self-generate leads and qualify prospects.
  • Identify client needs and close sales.
  • Ensure smooth transition from proposal process to onboarding.
  • Conduct follow-ups with new clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present proposals to convert leads into business deals.
  • Aggressively seek out new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Internet marketing sales experience is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working at another payroll company such as Paychex, UKG, Paylocity, Paycom, or iSolved.
