The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering and demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Win new projects and nurture client relationships.
• Run operations and provide leadership in the office.
• Train and mentor staff, ensuring quality assurance in their work.
• Manage multiple projects with limited supervision.
• Communicate effectively with clients to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development within the civil engineering sector.
• Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Solid leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with AUTOCAD & CIVIL 3D is a plus.
