About the position

As a Business Development Manager at CyberCoders, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a fully remote environment while building your own book of business and managing a full life cycle recruiting desk. This position is designed for highly motivated sales or recruiting professionals who are eager to leverage their skills in a dynamic and supportive setting. You will utilize your own lead generation methodologies alongside our advanced proprietary systems to attract new clients and source top talent. Your role will involve being the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates, giving you complete control over your desk and your earning potential. Responsibilities

  • Build and manage your own book of business.
  • Run a full life cycle recruiting desk.
  • Utilize lead generation methodologies to attract new clients.
  • Source top talent using proprietary systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates.
  • Maintain and develop long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience or 6 months of recruiting experience.
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a love for building relationships.
  • Eager to build a career, not just find another job.
  • Resourceful and inquisitive, with strong research skills.
  • Ability to write professional emails and catchy ads.
  • Motivated to succeed and driven to achieve results.
  • Comfortable communicating with a variety of people.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in technical recruiting.
  • Background in business development or B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and account management.
  • Experience in full cycle recruiting.
