Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and achieve company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor and control staffing operations to ensure alignment with company targets and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Develop and manage the annual budget plan for business development activities and set sales targets for the team.
• Utilize CRM and ATS software to manage client relationships and streamline recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client needs and staffing solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the staffing and recruiting industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing contracts with clients.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Proficient in using CRM and ATS software to manage client interactions and recruitment processes.
• Valid driver's license and own a car for business travel.
