About the position

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in the B2B sector within the restoration and construction industry. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and promoting brand awareness through participation in industry events. The position requires a proactive approach to meet client needs and enhance customer service, ultimately leading to revenue growth and an expanded customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and execute a successful sales strategy.
  • Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Promote brand awareness and generate leads by attending conferences, tradeshows, and other events.
  • Assist in creating strategies to improve efficiency and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Manage the regional sales process from prospecting to closing in partnership with Operations and National Sales.
  • Expand the customer base through short/long-term sales cycles.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably with solution-based sales experience.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization, from reception to C-Suite.
  • Collaborative team player with a "We before Me" mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
