NetVirta is in the business of satisfying the world's desire for better-fitting products. Since our MIT origins in 2008, we've partnered with medical professionals to provide patients with custom-fit orthotics, sporting goods brands to equip NFL & NCAA players with custom-fit helmets, and fashion brands like Victoria's Secret to ensure shoppers are happy with the fit of their online purchases. All of this is enabled by our world-class, smartphone-based 3D body scanning technology, commercially known as CurveCapture® (medical) and Verifyt® (retail). We're seeking ambitious Business Development professionals to expand our footprint in the fashion industry. You will be responsible for driving partnerships with clothing, footwear, and sporting goods brands headquartered around the world. You will own the full sales cycle from lead to close (i.e., outbound, sales presentation, project scoping/proposal, negotiation, and close), and take a consultative role with prospective clients. This is not your classic, transactional sales role at an established software company. The job requires creative problem solving to ensure clients are not only happy with the digital integration of our solution but also satisfied with the results of our size recommendation engine. Ultimately, NetVirta helps brands enhance their customer fit experience, reduce returns, and produce better fitting products with body data intelligence. In this Business Development position, you will have the opportunity to work with the top innovators in fashion fit technology, both internally and externally.
