In this position, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for servicing existing accounts while also establishing new ones. This will involve scheduling calls or visits with potential customers to promote our products and services. The candidate will need to be adept at understanding customer needs, resolving complaints, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Participation in sales meetings is essential, and the manager will be expected to keep management informed by submitting reports as required. Additionally, the role may involve performing other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization. The compensation for this role includes a base salary of $65,000 per year, with additional commission opportunities that can increase earnings by approximately $20,000 annually, depending on experience and performance.
