The Business Development Manager at Epsilon is tasked with driving the growth of Epsilon's data solutions within the consumer services vertical. This role involves engaging with C-Suite executives to establish a robust pipeline of prospective clients, leveraging an existing network within the Consumer Services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing innovative thought leadership and presenting compelling data solutions directly to clients. Key duties include researching, qualifying, contacting, presenting, and closing new client opportunities within an assigned territory, aiming to meet annual sales targets. The focus is on delivering value-driven, client-centric marketing solutions to the Consumer Services vertical. In this position, the Business Development Manager will drive significant revenue growth by identifying prospective business needs and demonstrating how Epsilon's solutions can meet those needs. They will qualify prospects based on company criteria for ideal customers and sales potential, consulting with them about their business challenges and requirements, and offering a range of data solutions while explaining the cost benefits of each. The role requires developing and delivering tailored sales presentations that address core business issues and opportunities for the prospect, fostering strong relationships with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers. The manager will also be responsible for managing accounts within their territory, building relationships with key marketing, merchandising, and media decision-makers, staying updated on industry trends and changes within prospect organizations, negotiating and closing contracts with client marketing and legal stakeholders, and representing Epsilon and its brand positively in the marketplace. Conducting all sales activities with professionalism and integrity is paramount in this role.
