About the position

The Business Development Manager for Enterprise Learning at SAI360 is responsible for driving sales of the company's ethics and compliance learning products. This role focuses on identifying new client prospects, executing effective sales campaigns, and managing the entire sales process from opportunity identification to deal closure. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in consultative selling and territory management to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify client prospects within assigned territory focusing on new customer acquisition.
  • Qualify target accounts using Solution Selling methodologies to sign new logos.
  • Execute a consultative sales process from opportunity identification to negotiation of license agreements.
  • Manage a research-based strategic sales process to identify new opportunities based on client pain points.
  • Coordinate the transition from pre-sales to post-sales activities for target accounts.
  • Deliver executive presentations demonstrating the business use case and strategic partnership.
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity information in Salesforce.com.
  • Support timely responses to requests for information (RFI) and proposals (RFP).
  • Collaborate with internal departments for effective client implementations and ongoing support.
  • Represent SAI360 at industry events and provide market insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
  • Basic technical ability with Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce.com, and remote meeting tools.
  • 8+ years of professional sales experience, focusing on hunting new business.
  • Proven experience selling multi-year, subscription-based SaaS products and/or Ethics and Compliance programs.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort meeting with senior executives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
