We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong sales-driven mindset, experience in business development and sales, and preferably a technical background in electrical engineering, EV charging, or fleet management and operations. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and managing the pre-sales process for municipal and utility fleet electrification projects. The ideal candidate will have a blend of business development expertise and technical knowledge, particularly in electrical systems, EV infrastructure or fleet management and operations. This role requires a proactive hunter mentality, identifying and engaging with key decision-makers, coordinating quotes, and working with stakeholders—including government fleets, OEMs, and installation teams, and internal departments—to engage in strategic selling and act as a trusted partner.
