We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will focus on fostering strong connections with families and Regional Center case managers to increase awareness and drive referrals for NeuroNav's transformative services. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to empower families and individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them discover the life-changing resources that NeuroNav provides. At NeuroNav, we believe that everyone, regardless of disability, deserves the opportunity to shape their own story and make choices that improve their quality of life. We specialize in helping families navigate California’s Self-Determination program, which allows more personalized and flexible access to state resources. As we continue to grow, we need a strategic, empathetic, and results-driven Business Development Manager who can actively follow up with families and build trust with Regional Center case managers to increase referrals and outreach efforts.
