About the position

The Business Development Manager for the Hospitality Mirrors Division at SWCORP is responsible for driving growth and establishing the company's presence in the hospitality sector. This role involves building strong client relationships, leading business development efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for luxury hotels and multi-family residential projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of success in business development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, targeting hotel chains, boutique hotels, and luxury resorts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers such as hotel developers, procurement managers, interior designers, and architects.
  • Lead the business development process, from prospecting to contract negotiation, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product design, sales, and marketing) to develop tailored solutions for hospitality clients.
  • Attend and represent SWCORP at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our mirrors and build a network of potential clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to continuously improve our product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the hospitality sector, with a focus on interior products such as mirrors, lighting, or furniture.
  • Proven background and experience in the hospitality industry, specifically with luxury hotels, multi-family residential, or similar sectors.
  • Strong network of contacts within the hospitality industry, including hotel procurement teams, interior designers, and architects.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with custom design and product solutions for hotels and multi-family projects is preferred.
  • Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in managing or developing eCommerce platforms for selling products in the hospitality or luxury interior design sectors.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media) to enhance online visibility for custom products.
