About the position

All Dry Services of East Louisville is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager/Outside Sales specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in championing our brand, developing new business relationships, and driving revenue opportunities within the Louisville area and its surrounding counties. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building business relationships and possess a relentless drive to succeed. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building a robust pipeline and meeting revenue goals. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with key lead sources such as property managers, real estate agents, tradesmen, and insurance agents through in-person meetings and sales calls. You will also manage and attend community engagement and networking events, acting as the face of our brand and articulating its value to potential clients. Daily travel within the Louisville area will be required to cultivate new and existing relationships, and you will document all lead and client interactions in our CRM system. The ideal candidate will possess a servant's heart and a genuine demeanor, demonstrating a passion for helping others and addressing their challenges. Determination and perseverance are essential, as you will need to go the extra mile to achieve success. Experience in successfully selling services or products to businesses is a plus, along with an interest in developing and nurturing community relationships. You should be approachable, enthusiastic, and easy to communicate with, and you must have a clean background check and driving history. A reliable vehicle is required, and we provide a stipend for personal vehicle use if applicable. Knowledge of restoration, construction, or trades is beneficial but not mandatory. Proficiency in client management systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple products is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Building a pipeline and meeting revenue goals

  • Being the ‘face' of the brand and articulating its value
  • Daily travel locally (Louisville & surrounding areas) to cultivate new and existing relationships
  • Documenting lead and client interactions in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Experience in construction sales or restoration
  • Proven track record in outside sales
  • Strong business development skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and client management systems
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
