About the position
The Business Development Manager II - Provider Network at Loyal Source Government Services is a full-time role focused on expanding and maintaining a network of healthcare providers for the Department of Veterans Medical Disability Evaluation (MDE) program. The position involves identifying, recruiting, and contracting medical professionals to ensure the network meets client and member needs, requiring strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify medical professionals interested in conducting Medical Disability Exams.
- Establish initial contact with potential examiners through various communication methods.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with interested examiners.
- Negotiate rates with Examiner accounts within established parameters.
- Maintain accurate records of all communication with potential examiners.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach activities and engagement levels.
- Work closely with the Examiner Network Team to ensure seamless onboarding of new examiners.
- Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas for improving recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in developing business-to-business relationships or building healthcare examiner networks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management systems.
