This may involve working closely with the final sales team, which includes estimating and management, to successfully close potential sales with clients. The manager will also be tasked with developing strategies that support the overall business goals of the division, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with these objectives. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will lead the development of various marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, company brochures, and advertising campaigns. They will also manage the company's website and oversee promotional programs to enhance the company's visibility in the construction industry. By strategically planning and forecasting competitive information through research and development, the manager will direct the interpretation of this data to formulate effective marketing and sales strategies. The ultimate goal is to increase the company's visibility and establish a leadership position in the construction industry, thereby increasing market share in targeted work areas. Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality client contacts, client needs assessments, proposal development, and sales closures.
  • Develop strategies in support of the Division's overall business goals in the Southeastern USA.
  • Lead the development of proposals, presentations, company brochures, advertising, and promotional programs.
  • Manage the company's website and oversee marketing initiatives.
  • Strategically plan and forecast competitive information through research and development.
  • Direct the interpretation of data for the development of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Increase company visibility and create a leadership position in the construction industry.
  • Participate in Division business planning processes.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and management of Crowder's other divisions to cultivate opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Able to pass a drug test.
  • Legally eligible to work in the US.
  • Construction background is required.
