About the position

The Business Development Manager (Inside Sales) at PTI Logistics LLC is responsible for driving sales growth by targeting and prospecting new business opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Target and prospect new opportunities using strategic communication.
  • Deliver a compelling message to improve customer's operations and meet supply chain goals.
  • Understand the needs, challenges, and successes in the marketplace.
  • Uncover and close new accounts.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and growth.
  • Manage scorecards and win day-to-day opportunities as well as long-term RFPs.
  • Conduct QBRs and occasional customer visits.
  • Exceed KPIs in outbound activity, account acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Problem solve with a focus on critical conversations.
  • Gain familiarity with PTI's freight network and build volume to support needs.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in business development or sales.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
