The Business Development Manager at Rosendin is a pivotal role responsible for driving growth and managing client relationships within the Low Voltage electrical group. This position requires a proactive approach to account management, where the manager will oversee the entire sales process from identifying potential customers to closing contracts. The role involves conducting thorough research to pinpoint and prioritize target markets, new technologies, and projects that align with the company's strategic goals. The Business Development Manager will also be tasked with preparing and executing business development action plans tailored to specific markets and projects as outlined in the Marketing Plan. In addition to strategic planning, the Business Development Manager will supervise the creation of marketing materials and provide training and support to Business Development Associates, ensuring they are equipped to deliver effective presentations and proposals. This role serves as the primary liaison for prospective and current customers, ensuring that all client needs are met consistently throughout the sales process. The manager will also coordinate pre-construction activities and manage projects through all development stages, from inception to construction completion, to guarantee customer satisfaction. The position requires maintaining and enhancing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, planning and hosting exhibit booths, and participating in travel to meet clients regularly.
