In this role, you will be responsible for growing, leading, and managing all luxury sales efforts targeting high-end travel agents primarily in the USA, with a special focus on the Impression Brand. You will focus on the highest-end retail consortia, travel agents, and direct booking channels, as well as coordinating the sales efforts and relationships with upscale wholesalers and distribution channels. You will concentrate on developing and creating awareness towards the Impression Brand in all sales distribution channels, including but not limited to online travel agencies, Consortia Partners, luxury tour operators, AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts, and more. You will be responsible for creating awareness of the luxury resorts and brands; liaising with the Regional Directors of Sales and Director of Sales for Consortia and Luxury Brands on global strategies to maximize revenues in the USA through coordinated retail and partner marketing efforts and relationships. A successful Business Development Manager - Luxury USA West Coast will be located in the state of California and will create and execute strategic sales actions for all third-party luxury channels, maximize sales, and drive revenues at the retail and wholesale/partner level. You will coordinate and execute joint sales calls with primary partners, represent brands at various associations, trade shows, road shows, and other events, assist with sales plans, benchmarking, owner reports, and marketing plans as needed, impeccably maintain partner databases, report to management on trends and market developments, build relationships with business partners and third-party vendors, take initiative to go beyond the ordinary to differentiate us from the competition and create loyalty, and bring fresh new ideas to the organization to create new business opportunities. You will also perform other related duties as required.
