About the position

The Business Development Manager for Managed Services at ELB US Inc. is responsible for driving sales of IT services and solutions, including Managed IT Services, hardware products, professional services, and security and cloud solutions. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying market trends, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the company's IT services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the IT sector, and will be adept at prospecting and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Interact & negotiate with customers and execute sales.
  • Promote the company's IT Services and introduce them to the market.
  • Research and develop marketing opportunities to understand consumer requirements and identify market trends.
  • Build strategic relationships to drive new revenue opportunities.
  • Identify prospects inside and outside the customer base of ELB US Inc.
  • Conduct needs assessments to determine customer pain points related to their IT environment.
  • Present the benefits of ELB US Inc's IT services to clients.
  • Lead strategic discussions regarding IT strategies to a non-technical audience.
  • Gain a specified number of new accounts each month through effective telemarketing, networking, and cold calling campaigns.
  • Develop and track opportunities in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with other divisions to maximize selling potential within the company.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of IT Services and sales experience.
  • Experience with IT Services to SMB and Enterprise.
  • Specific experience selling IT solutions, including Network Hardware, Managed Services, and CyberSecurity Solutions.
  • Experience selling services across various departments.
  • Ability to work with technical leads, IT managers, directors, and business owners.
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Superior work ethic and high energy level.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive professional relationships.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in selling IT solutions to large organizations.
  • Proven track record of success in prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and closing deals.
