About the position

The Business Development Manager role focuses on driving new business growth in facility management services. This position requires expertise in financial modeling for outsourcing ventures and involves engaging with clients to foster relationships and expand business development efforts across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead financial modeling for multi-million-dollar outsourcing ventures, including organizational modeling and labor estimations.
  • Take full ownership of price modeling, operating budgets, staffing models, and labor costs for mid to large-scale real estate outsourcing projects.
  • Lead the development of tailored marketing materials for new ventures and contract renewals, including proposals and presentations.
  • Participate in client-facing meetings to nurture relationships and drive business development.
  • Oversee the management of intranet site(s) in collaboration with internal colleagues for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to regional key client workshops by shaping agendas and overseeing follow-up actions.
  • Gather and organize financial and billing information from various business lines and report accordingly.
  • Build strong relationships with subject matter experts across the organization.
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to co-workers and other experts involved in business pursuit projects.
  • Support the execution of the client relationships internal communications plan.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development within the Facility Maintenance industry.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, particularly in outsourcing ventures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to develop high-quality marketing materials and proposals.
  • Experience in project management and client relationship management.
