Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Schedule meetings with hiring authorities to discuss staffing solutions.
  • Network in professional settings to expand business opportunities.
  • Grow and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Requirements

  • Outside sales experience with a focus on identifying and growing relationships.
  • Sales experience in a professional environment, preferably in engineering, technology, or professional services.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while ensuring customer needs are met through team success.
  • Reliable personal transportation and a satisfactory driving record.
