As a Business Development Manager (Outside Sales) at Employbridge, you will have the opportunity to combine your career aspirations with your passion for sales. This role involves attracting new customers and maintaining existing relationships through various communication channels including phone, social media, face-to-face meetings, and email. You will engage with decision-makers during the buying process and target higher quality leads while leveraging existing partnerships to expand the prospect funnel. Your responsibilities will also include acting as a market leader by connecting with networking groups, trade associations, and social media groups. You will engage in pre-call planning using market research to gain insights into customer challenges, identify key stakeholders, and challenge customers to think about transforming their business operations. Additionally, you will provide consultative account management, post-sale support, and lead strategic market-related conversations with customers, presenting and upselling additional products based on client needs.
