The Business Development Manager (Outside Sales) role at EmployBridge involves attracting new customers and maintaining existing relationships through various communication channels. This position focuses on engaging with decision-makers, targeting quality leads, and providing consultative account management to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Attracts new and maintains existing customer relationships via phone, social media, face-to-face meetings, and email.
• Engages with decision makers during the buying process.
• Targets higher quality leads and leverages existing partnerships to expand the prospect funnel.
• Acts as a market leader through connections with networking groups, trade associations, and social media groups.
• Engages in pre-call planning using market research to gain insights into customer challenges and identify key stakeholders.
• Provides consultative account management, post-sale support, frequent contact, and follow-up.
• Leads strategic market-related conversations with customers and presents additional products based on client needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in business development and account management.
• Ability to build relationships with all levels of an organization, including C-suite executives.
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals through innovative methods such as Lead Gen, Vidyard, Zoom, and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of customer priorities and challenges.

• Familiarity with social selling techniques and tools.
