Your primary responsibility will be prospecting for new business with property managers, facility managers, insurance professionals, and more. Your #1 goal is to increase top-line revenue. We offer a salary starting at $70,000 and up, with first-year on-target earnings exceeding $100,000+, and future earnings potentially breaking into multiple six figures. Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new business with property managers, facility managers, and insurance professionals.
  • Increasing top-line revenue for the company.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the restoration industry.
  • Utilizing sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Proven experience in outside sales and business development.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
