As a Business Development Manager, you will be working for the #1 Restoration Vendor servicing its marketplace, which will give you the confidence to sell a service you can trust. Your primary responsibility will be prospecting for new business with property managers, facility managers, insurance professionals, and more. Your #1 goal is to increase top-line revenue. We offer a competitive salary starting at $70,000, with first-year on-target earnings exceeding $100,000+, and future earnings potentially breaking into multiple six figures. Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business with property managers, facility managers, and insurance professionals.
  • Increase top-line revenue through effective sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall company sales goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales and business development.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
