About the position

The Business Development Manager (Outside Sales) at RestoPros is responsible for fostering relationships with clients in the Southern NH and Northern MA regions. This full-time role focuses on educating clients about restoration services, addressing their needs, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. The position emphasizes customer service, relationship management, and competitive analysis to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with clients to maximize business value.
  • Identify key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster relationships.
  • Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services and guide their choices.
  • Understand the problems and challenges of clients and address those needs.
  • Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities.
  • Monitor and assess the activities of competitors to proactively satisfy and retain clients.
  • Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to meet or exceed assigned goal targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressively increasing experience in a sales (preferably B2B) or customer service role.
  • Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships.
  • Devotion to high-quality customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen analytical and research abilities.
  • Knowledge of relationship management best practices.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services.
  • Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude.
