About the position

As a Business Development Manager at EmployBridge, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market share through new business development and sales opportunities. This position is designed for a dynamic and savvy sales professional who is eager to grow their career and income. You will be responsible for providing full end-to-end customer sales and account management, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality recruiting services for their staffing needs in light industrial, hospitality, and clerical sectors. Your primary focus will be on targeting high-quality leads and leveraging existing partnerships to build a robust prospect funnel. This involves conducting thorough pre-call research and planning to gain insights into customer needs and priorities. You will engage with decision-makers at all levels of an organization, including executives, during the buying process. Building relationships through various channels such as phone, email, social media, and face-to-face meetings will be essential to your success. In this role, you will provide consultative account management, post-sales support, and consistent follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. Meeting or exceeding weekly goals to bring in new accounts through innovative methods such as Lead Generation, Vidyard, Zoom, and LinkedIn will be a key performance indicator. You will also utilize EmployBridge's innovative technology to creatively reach clients and prospects, making this position both challenging and rewarding.

Responsibilities

  • Expand market share through new business development and sales opportunities.
  • Conduct pre-call research and planning to gain insights into customer needs and priorities.
  • Build relationships at multiple levels with potential clients via phone, email, social media, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Engage with decision makers at all levels of an organization during the buying process.
  • Provide consultative account management, post-sales support, and consistent follow-up.
  • Meet or exceed weekly goals to bring in new accounts through innovative methods.
  • Utilize Employbridge's innovative technology to reach clients and prospects.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a B2B sales role.
  • Experience selling in the light industrial vertical, preferably in the staffing industry.
  • Desire to hunt and bring in new accounts.
  • Willingness to learn the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Ability to gather leads, make follow-up calls, book appointments, and meet with prospects.
  • Experience building strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of target market, including prospective clients and geography.
  • Demonstrable experience using a CRM platform for business, ideally Salesforce.
  • Must be persistent, hungry, and money motivated.
