This involves creating sales plans, analyzing the profitability of prospects, and understanding the competitive landscape and risks associated with each account. This position is a straight hunter role, ideal for someone with a strong drive and experience in contractual-based sales. You will be expected to develop a sales activity pipeline that meets and exceeds required quota revenues, respond proactively to leads, and represent the full spectrum of Ryder services. The role requires ground travel, and you will receive a salary, a company cell phone, mileage reimbursement, and the potential for excellent monthly commission payouts. Some travel may also be required for training purposes.
