The Business Development Manager will engage with decision-makers, including executives, during the buying process, targeting high-quality leads and leveraging existing partnerships to expand the prospect funnel. The successful candidate will act as a market leader by connecting with networking groups, trade associations, and social media groups. They will engage in pre-call planning, utilizing market research to gain insights into customer challenges and identifying key stakeholders. The role also includes providing consultative account management, post-sale support, and frequent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will lead strategic market-related conversations with customers, presenting and upselling additional products based on client needs.
